How do I make a reservation ?

Through our web page, by phone or fax; we will send you confirmation of your reservation once we receive 50% of the reservation cost and once the conditions of the contract have been accepted. If this is the first time you contract our services, we will require a €150.00 deposit that will be returned to you within five days after your leaving date.

How to pay ?

We must have received 100% of the total reservation fee in our account a fortnight prior to your arrival. We will confirm your reservation replying by the same means it has come in.

What can I do when I get there ?

You can hire a car previously through us, and with the map we provide, you will be able to find your villa or we can send a taxi to pick you up if you wish and do not want to organize everything on your own.

The key will be placed in a safe deposit box for you, at the entrance with a code that you will be provided with in advance.

What happens if I cancel ?

The penalty clause is of 25% of the total amount paid if the cancellation is made up to fortnight prior to the arrival, otherwise the penalty will be 100%.

Can the villas be rented for less than a week ?

No, the minimum stay is 7 days, and it is not permitted to rent them on a daily basis.

When must I leave the villa ?

You must check out before 10 a.m. for our cleaning staff to clean the villa.
